How It Works

	Sign up for It's My Phone broadband phone service that seamlessly uses your high speed internet connection to make and receive calls.
	When you sign up we'll send you an It's My Phone adaptor (that's the device pictured above). Installation is easy and our Customer Care team is available by phone or by email to help if you have any questions.
	When you receive your It's My Phone adaptor connect it to your phone and internet connection. Click here for the instruction guide. It's My Phone sends your phone call across the Internet. Your calls go through your internet modem. Your It's My Phone adaptor splits your high-speed broadband Internet connection. Your Internet connection should work as it did before you installed the adaptor - sending emails and other web data to your personal computer. Your phone calls are sent through your adaptor to your regular or cordless phone.

It's My Phone allows you make and receive calls through your pre-existing high-speed broadband Internet connection using your existing home phone and the people you talk with will never know the difference because a VoIP call sounds just like a regular phone call.

The person you're calling doesn't need to be an It's My Phone customer or an Internet connection on their side, they just need a phone. And, just as it always has, your phone rings when someone calls you. You use your same touch-tone phone, you're just connecting it to It's My Phone instead of your old phone company. Also, using It's My Phone doesn't affect your computer usage...continue to surf the web or send and receive email with no problem!

What Do I Need To Use It's My Phone?
In order to use our service, you will need the following:

• A pre-existing high speed Internet connection such as Cable or DSL
• A US, Canada or Puerto Rico billing and shipping address
• An It's My Phone Adapter (You get one when you sign up)
• Any touch-tone phone, corded or cordless
